Zone EVENT form. Zones are asked to use this form to report all zone events to the district. Please complete a separate form for each event held.
LWML Archivist Historian Caroline Honeycutt encourages all LWML members to fill out a Biographical Record. This record is to be kept by the individual and/or her society historian; it is a source of information for the individual's family and her LWML history. It should be updated each time an individual serves in a new office or appointment for LWML.
